Lisa Phelps BSN, RN, IBCLC, ANLC, CIMI – Former IMCOM-E NPSP HV

“I have been a federal contractor for eleven years with the US Army New Parent Support Program and Choctaw Enterprise was the best company during my tenure. The company truly cares for their employees as people first, as lifelong learners and as professionals.

Choctaw's onboarding was supportive and detailed and positioned me for immediate success so I could meet the healthcare needs of my clients and accomplish our program and community goals. My salary was commensurate with the industry standard based upon my experience and education and the company offered annual raises that were competitive within the marketplace.

Yearly, I was afforded a stipend to maintain my certifications and offered continuing education opportunities allowing me to gain additional credentials. These growth opportunities made me a better medical provider which in turn fostered an environment to better serve the families in our community.

In addition, Choctaw always fostered a working environment that was diverse and inclusive. The management of their contract was hands on with all employees, and they worked with all their employees to maintain workplace productivity and a healthy work environment to always meet all contract deliverables. When we had employment vacancies, our team was staffed quickly and with qualified candidates to maintain programming goals and services to our communities.”
